I am elated to see your company successfully produce the 1st reality talent hunt show in the country, ‘Kumite 1 Warrior Hunt’. I strongly believe that this show will set a benchmark in the industry. With established names like SATSports and ThumsUp being associated with us as sponsors in the 1st Season itself, I have NO doubts on the quality of names who would want to be associated with us as sponsors from the next season onwards. We have very ambitious plans going ahead. We plan to conduct several periodic fight nights during the year, to not only help identify MMA talent throughout the country, but to also build sufficient excitement, hype and viewership in the run up to the next season of our ‘Warrior Hunt’. Other than wanting to assume the pole position in a niche sport like MMA, we had identified Cricket, as one of the sports, in which we wanted to establish our presence. The logic for this wasn’t too complicated. Cricket is not a sport, but a religion, not only in our country but several countries around the globe. The massive popularity around the sport promises lucrative viewership to interesting formats of cricket, helping us to expand our footprints beyond Indian shores.

You are aware of all the recent developments, around our cricket venture, that we have updated you thru several releases on the exchange. I am only happy to re-iterate those in our talk today. Being ‘league owners’, and not merely ‘team owners’, implies immense valuation upsides to your company.

To make our presence felt in the cricket eco-system as well, your company has been one of the associate sponsors to the Road Safety World Series 2022, an international T20 cricket league which sees participation from lots of former international famed cricketers. Not only that, your company has successfully jointly organised, along with Corcom Media Ventures, the Africa Cup T20 league; a tournament played by 8 associate African national teams (Kenya, Ghana, Cameroon, Uganda, Malawi, Tanzania, Bostwana& Mozambique). All the above initiatives, and more, will mark your company’s presence in the cricketing arena. We are also in various stages of discussion to acquire a football team in the country. I need mention that Football has been among the top 3 most popular sport in terms of players participation and TV viewership. Should we be successful in that attempt, it will mark your company’s presence in the Top 3 fastest growing sports in the world! This is music to our ears.
