Toyam Sports Limited (TSL), a publicly listed sports company in India on the BSE and MSEI, has acquired the Hyderabad franchise in the Legends League Cricket, previously led by Suresh Raina. The franchise, formerly known as Urbanrisers Hyderabad and owned by the Urbanrise group, will now be rebranded as Ultimate Toyam Hyderabad and is set to participate in the upcoming season of Legends League Cricket, commencing on September 20. TSL is actively involved in various aspects of sports production, promotion, and management.

Toyam Sports Limited has a notable history of advancing sports on a global scale, and the establishment of ‘Ultimate Toyam Hyderabad’ represents another significant milestone in TSL’s journey. “We are thrilled to join the upcoming Legends League Cricket season, which signifies an important moment as we celebrate Hyderabad’s rich cricketing tradition. In recent years, Toyam Sports Limited has successfully organized prominent events such as the ‘Kumite 1 League,’ an international MMA fight night featuring Mike Tyson as its brand ambassador, and ‘Kumite 1 Warrior Hunt,’ India’s inaugural sports reality web series, along with numerous T10 and T20 leagues globally. Furthermore, TSL has participated in the World Tennis League and has been the title sponsor for the India vs. Bangladesh ODI series, among other initiatives. In addition to Toyam Sports Limited’s ownership of the ‘Ultimate Toyam Hyderabad’ franchise, the franchise owners for this season’s Legends League Cricket include: India Capitals – GMR group, Southern Super Stars – a multi-corporate consortium led by Qentelli, Manipal Tigers – Manipal Group, Konark Suryas Odisha – Assoctech group, and Gujarat Greats – a consortium of companies based in Gujarat.
