This vision materialized through the acquisition of a significant 51% stake in ‘Pacific Star Sports’ (PSS), a distinguished sports company based in the UAE actively involved in organizing and promoting cricket leagues on a global scale. A pivotal development unfolded in April 2023, as TSL officially designated PSS as its dedicated Cricket division.

The collaboration between Toyam Sports Limited and Pacific Star Sports (TSL-PSS) led to the orchestration of various cricket leagues worldwide. These included flagship events like the Greece T10 League, Mauritius T10 League, 4 Nations Africa T10 League, Kenya T10 League, and the Gulf T10 League. Leveraging the combined expertise of both entities, TSL-PSS played a central role in elevating the global cricket landscape and providing diverse and engaging platforms for cricket enthusiasts.

Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Mohamedali Budhwani, TSL-PSS forged a strategic partnership aimed at fostering the development and promotion of cricket in Kenya. This collaboration underscored a long-term commitment to nurturing the growth of the sport at both grassroots and professional levels.
