Mr. Cheerag Kumar J Jain is a graduate in B.com. and cleared the CA Inter level as well having an experience of more than 10 years in the area of Tax & Finance as an Tax & Finance Advisor. He has been working extensively in the area of Tax, Accounts and Finance and commercial business partnering.

He has a wide experience in Tax Consulting, working closely with business and professional services teams to resolve complex finance issues and negotiate terms and conditions into final financial contracts for their clients.

He has been appointed as an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company by the Board of Directors w.e.f. 15th December, 2025 as per the provisions of the applicable laws.
